Refund policy

Every print, canvas and sticker is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right. Email studio@mariapopescu.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll reship your order.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go to print.
